Direct TV not charges us correctly.

I have been a direct tv customer since 2002 and never paid my bill late and if we ordered a pay per view we always called the customer service which they charged us extra and was billed for it on the next billing.
We canceled our service and now they deducted $119.85 from my credit card because they say I owe them money that is not right and they did not even send out a bill.
How can they just state that we made those charges from back in 2006 and its 2011 this is not right and since then we had updated our equipment and this is just coming out.
When I called to dispute the charges all they said is that they are right and I am wrong. I do not advise anyone to join Direct TV.
