Their customer service is very bad. Most of them don't know jack about fixing anything. I ended up fixing it myself after on phone for an hour with them.
Look at bottom of direct tv web page find head honchos then go to vice president and tell him.
I get the feeling he doesn't know all the problems people are having with them.
Anyone can't find it post and I will get it and post here.
My contract is up in December and they will be canceled then. Got way too expensive for me.
