Direct TV Online Scheduling System was bad

Why can't direct TV put online, an interactive schedule. Someone doesn't understand, or care how to do that.
The online schedules have you select a time then scroll down to find the channel, then if you want to know whats on 2 to 3 hours later you must go back to the top of the page to select the later time & then scroll back down to see what's on?
Why would anyone use the online schedule? Because Direct TV doesn't keep the on air schedule up to date!
When I got Direct TV it was advertised as a 3 day on air schedule of programming. I'm sure they would say the TV channels don't provide the information which would be incorrect because Direct TV has advance programming online, why isn't that on the on air broadcast schedule?
It is so easy to bring the online programming into the current century, an 8th grader could do it.
Better yet why don't they provide the on air programming as was promised to the old time subscribers when they got Direct TV years ago.
I am so sick of this mediocre performance that I'd go elsewhere if they were not all the same. I think it's about time to get our elected officials interested in this huge ripoff.
Paying for service that we don't get. We have paid for garbage for so long that I think we now expect to get garbage for our monthly dollars! What do Direct TV think?
