Direct TV Dish use to receive encrypted satellite signals that broadcast from Satellite Station. Then it will be transfer to Direct TV Receiver. The Receiver will descrambler the encrypted satellite signals with the help of Direct TV card that slot into the Direct TV Receiver itself.

Then, the decode signals will transfer to your TV screen and become your favorite Direct TV Programming. The remote control is use to change channels and order your pay per view movie.

There had been many version of Direct TV card had been launched by Direct TV. The initial version of Direct TV Card is known as P4 Card. When Direct TV just launched; there still are loop holes here and there.

There are hackers out there that able to reprogram P4 Card to watch Direct TV channels for free. Nowadays, Direct TV had take back all their old version Direct TV Card and replace with P11 card that is unable to hack anymore.

Anyhow, Direct TV P4 card had been no longer have any value in the market since Direct TV no longer accept it.. even ebay will ban you to buy or sell the P4 card on ebay.
