I got direct tv hooked up yesterday. I had problems with picture freezing every few seconds and pretty much right away.
The Direct TV installer said it would take a while to download everything. I turned tv on this morning and get nothing.
Terrence Comment: The only solution to this kind of problems is do not sign any receive goods in good condition document before you satisfy with the product or service you get. Hope it helps :)
