Direct TV Rip off

Okay, my mom decided to go with direct tv so we called and gave out information and it came down to have a credit card for a 1 time fee of 36.20.

So, she gave her card number and it took it out and the customer service rep tells her that they cant accept her card.

They told her she was getting it back within 3 days and they said that they needed a bank card instead of prepaid, so we used a bank card and it took the same fee off but then the Direct TV representative said the card was declined but the money was taking out of the account and there story is they have no clue where the money is..
