Direct TV Run often!

Very difficult time with direct tv through the phone.. I called Direct TV customer service and after 3 min & 49 sec, I was finally connected to a representative.
I wanted to decrease my channels in order to decrease my monthly bill. Because I owe a past due, they refused to help me.
Previously when I canceled HBO and a few others, it took almost 30 min and still it too 3 months before they finally got it right.
If customer service was on the ball, this would be an ok TV service. I hate calling Direct TV customer service and it's almost monthly!
My friends have AT&T & love it and it's less expensive, less hassle..
