Direct TV Dish is a important equipment that install on your roof top to receive satellite signals. As you know, Direct TV system use satellite signals technology to transfer data.

Since satellite signals is playing a important role to carry programming data; you shall install your dish at an open area. So that the satellite signals will not easily blocked by trees or any high rise building nearby.

Beside, it is very important to position your Dish correctly so that you can receive satellite signals from the correct direction. The position of the satellite dish will be measured in Azimuth and Elevation.

It is always better to install your dish near the edge of your roof top. Why? So that you can easily reach it by your ladder, you no need purposely climb up to the roof top to do any repair or replacement works.
