Direct TV Service gets cut off every month - no response to emails or actions from phone conversations

Recently I changed jobs and I only get paid once a month. So I requested Direct Tv (Every month for 5 months) to change my billing date to the end of the month. I got no response via email.
So I phoned them. Talked with them and they promised they would let me know. NOTHING. My service gets interrupted every 19th of the month.
I have to be without the service until the 30th of each month. They keep piling on the charges and don't credit me for the time they cut off my service.
These guys are crooks. I am their customer ( I hate to say it) for over 6 years now. They were friendly in the beginning, now they are trying to rip me off.
Thanks fate, that I don't have automatic withdrawals with them.
