Direct TV service

I switched to Direct TV 3 weeks ago and it has not been working for almost 2 of the 3 weeks, the service department is worthless and their response time to problems has been 5 to 7 days before someone can come out and fix it.
Ever gone without TV for 5 days with 3 kids in the house, it is not fun.
This company has to have the worst customer service in the US and I find it hard to believe the rest of you out there put up with this crap.
I switched to get the NFL package and now have missed week one completely and will miss Monday night and all of next week also at this rate, the compensation they offered was a credit for the days i do not have service, what a bunch of BS.
At the least they should waive my first month bill but they honestly do not care if i move back to cable or not.
I will post my comments on every site available and I am taking this to the BBB for investigation.
