Direct TV Splitters Enquiries

I have my direct TV system set up with only one cable coming out of the dish. I've bough 3 more receivers and I would like to connect them to the same dish. Yesterday I tried but every time that I connected the second receiver it said " finding satellite signal" (I was using an splitter connected to the main line. What should I use to connect the 4 receivers to the same dish?
