Direct TV Staff - Doug & Heather were rude

I ordered the whole Direct TV home package and took the day off on 11/11/10 for Direct Tv to install between 8am - 12pm.

At noon I called and they said it was scheduled for the next day. I spoke with Heather, then her manager Doug who was extremely rude and said the mistake was mine.

He was a punk ass bitch blaming me for the error. I guess the customer is never right with In Direct TV.

I will moving back to Dish network this spring. I spend a lot of money each month with these crooks and because of their mess up, I lost a day of wages and have to have someone there tomorrow to wait for these assholes to get it right.

Of course I will never hear from anyone because they have the market cornered. I can screw with them and will do so for the foreseeable future.
