Direct TV- the absolute worst company in the world.

I had the service for three years, digital never worked, when I disconnected it took no fewer than 20 phone calls and 6 hours of work to get the box to return the receiver.
Got a return box when I finally called the President of Direct TV in California. Two months latter still waiting for the balance due back to me.
I called Direct TV, they told me that they got the receiver and they will send me a check. Instead of a check I got a balance due bill of $225.00 for an nonreturnable receiver..
They must be absolute thieves at Direct TV.
