Direct TV/ Verizon bundle Problem in North Carolina

(United States)
I signed up with Direct TV and Verizon bundle package for 70 dollars a month plus taxes. Whatever happened i do not know but i am being charged various amounts and have received a slew of different excuses.
Even after talking with supervisors from both direct tv and verizon on 1 conference call the issue has not been resolved.
Take a look at this path of dissatisfaction that has prompted me to file a complaint with the better business bureau and possibly the fcc and or the sec once my investigation is complete.
So here i am I signed up 4 months ago and have been overcharged the agreed price of 70 per month by nearly double.
The Sign up date was november 29th, and it was installed on december 1. In December 19 I received a threat from direct tv that they would suspend my service and turn me over to collections.
On December 15th. I received a bill from verizon for 140 dollars 1 month in advance and a months charges. The next bill was from verizon for 105 dollars this months bill came in at 131 dollars.
I ask is there a name for what wrong with these people, Not a good way to treat a new customer,
Just to review => 70 X 4 MONTHS=280 DOLLARS!
WHY HAVE I BEEN CHARGED 82 FIRST MONTH, DIRECT TV AND THE THREE BILLS FROM VERIZON 140, 105 AND 131 = 82+140+105+131= 458 DOLLARS!!
SOMEHOW I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF 218 DOLLARS PLUS OR MINUS TAXES AND OR REBATES AND ADDITION CHARGES WHATEVER THEY MAY BE..
I canceled the whole deal sales fed me a line and i took the bait, Unfortunately for direct tv and verizon, they had failed to managed their bundle packages and I am determined to assist these companies with a more cohesive relationship with each other and possibly mandating organizations.
I will pay the early termination fees when a judge tells me to do so but until then I hold verizon responsible overall with direct tv as their accomplice.
Please send any similar experiences to Applied_Technical@live.com. I am gathering complaints and other organizational errors to include in a possible class action lawsuit which will include possible fraud as one of the complaints
