All right, let me share with you what I know about this device. This is a HD receiver that only available for Direct TV subscribers that has sign up 2 years contract with Direct TV.

It has warranty of 90 days and come with searchable 7-day program guide.

This receiver is compatible with single and multi-sat DIRECTV dishes. When used with the multi-sat oval dish, DirecTV H20 receiver can receive all programming from DIRECTV's 101°, 110°, and 119° satellites simultaneously.

It is also compatible with the new 5 LNB satellite dishes, which receives signals from the same satellites as the 3 LNB dishes, plus the 99° and 103° satellites for certain local stations transmitting in HD as they become available. The H20 receiver is also compatible with MPEG-4.

The H20 is equipped with an HDMI output which carries both digital audio and video signals to HDMI compatible TVs. The HDMI jack uses HDCP content protection to allow you to view HD programming encoded using the HDCP protection system.

You can connect the H20 via a DVI connection when an HDMI-DVI converter is used. You will also need to connect an audio cable because DVI carries only video signals.

However, there are some customers complaints that when when you push a button on the remote, it doesn't always register, or it takes a long time to register.

You're never sure, so you push it again, and then it suddenly decides that both pushes were valid. You end up going to channels you didn't want to or you rat-a-tat-tat back and forth between the guide that you're trying to select.

And some customers complaint that it take very long time to open a menu screen in TV.
