It is a 32 Bit Access Card and also known as the P3 card or Football card. There are many different ways of programming and testing with this Card. Multiple different test devices are available for this card. This card was a last minute substitution for the J card that DIRECTV had originally planned on issuing as a replacement for the much-compromised H cards. The security weaknesses were discovered in the prototype 3 cards so that this card was developed and issued instead. For my understanding that the most notable differences between the H and HU card is that the HUs contain dual ASICs and come from the factory with dynamic code writing capability. It will have serial numbers greater than or equal to 0001 7400 0000.
