Both of them have same technology, offer similar package, charge similar price and offer similar features. Which is better? This topic has been a hot dispute topic on lot of satellite tv forums for many years. There are no definite answer.. Some folks vote for Direct TV, some vote for Dish Network, some say both also good, some say both also cannot use.. so which comment shall we listen to? I ll say most of the comment is come out base on customer service; customer service is build from human; some of the folks encounter good staffs of the company, and some other not.. that's why i say it is more on luck.. depend on you are dealing with a good staff or not.
