DirecTV Versus Dish Network

Direct TV and Dish Network, both are famous satellite TV provider in United States. They are very close competitors for many years. Their offer package is similar, service charge similar and even technology also similar.

However, there are still some different between them. Direct TV will have more variety of sport packages options than Dish Network and Dish Network will having more movie channels.

Besides, Direct TV phone calling service is not that good as dish Network. Most Dish Network phone call will be answer by live human; but most Direct TV phone call will go into an automatic phone answering services, pass through lot of procedures and yet the problems haven't solve yet.

There are lot of folks complain that lot of Direct TV customer representative will put their phone on-hold more than 30 minutes and yet unable to solve the problems.

Direct TV has provided more service compare to Dish Network. they are partnered with few companies to provide their customer phone services and high speed internet access service.

If you take their internet service and phone service, you will get rebate from their satellite tv service as well.

So, which is better? I have list out their pro and con above; justify yourself which factor is more important to you than you can justify which is better for you.
