Disappointed with Direct TV Installation Schedule

We were lied to about our Direct TV installation time and date and confirmation.
My husband took off from work to stand-by for the installation (8a.m. to 12 p.m.) He lost a half days pay.
At 11:30 a.m. I was called and the installer stated he would not be coming. We were told that it would be first thing the next morning.
My husband takes another day off from work and here it is nearly 10:00 a.m. and still no installer.
Do not take Direct TV at their word. Another hour and we will cancel our order and they can stuff it.
