All of us will try our best to get the best value deal :) I believe you had read different comments on both of the service provider; good or bad, right? In fact, their comments is base on customer service response, right? So what is the base of customer service then? It is human, the attitude of staffs, agree? Can I say Direct TV have more professional staffs than Dish Network?
