Dish Network stole my dads money!

Well, i was moving to a new house and i called dish network to temporally cut services off for 1 mth until i got moved and would re-connect the services. They said it is ok and there would be no charge for that month.. I even called back 2 days later to confirm with them! Later, they charged me anyway ( i hate to use my dads check card to pay my bill ) and they took that money out of his account without calling or asking any queston. My dad told me what happened; then I called back and told them to hook the dish back up in my new house; and they claimed that they are unable to find me - so they charged me for 2 mths of no tv I am so angry till i called to cancel their service and they charged me an early termination fee $467.87..
