Dish or Direct TV" Looking for Easy Solution for your choice? Dish or Direct TV? " Haha :) Dish Network and Direct TV, which is better? This topic is debated for many years and many times in lot of satellite tv forum, so.. what is the conclusion? Which one is better? I ll say... it is really something personally, no definite answer.. Why? Direct TV and Dish Network, both also satellite tv provider, both of them using same technology, their company size is similar, package offer similar.. So what make the real difference? It is the human; customer service, from reception to trouble shooting, from installation to fixing, its all about human behavior. Some of the Direct TV customers will lucky enough to get good customer service from some good and professional staffs, and some are not that lucky. Same got to Dish Network, some of the customers will feel very satisfy with the customer service and some not. That is why you can read all different opinion on same service provider. To me, is really no difference. OR if you really want the definite answer. Simple!
