Dissatisfied Direct TV Customer

In June 2010 I started having problems with the picture on my tv pixel relating and the sound breaking up on local channels.
On Oct. 17, 2010 all of my local channels went out (pixalating and sound problems)! Since Then I have had numerous service calls, had all new Direct TV equipment installed, and still the problem persists.
All Direct TV customers in the Richmond VA area are having the same problem but the company seems unwilling to admit they have a problem!
Everyone with this problem should file a complaint with the FCC!!
