Do not pay Direct TV with prepaid Visa card!

When I signed up with Direct TV at the auto show I was told, and it was noted on my sales order, that in addition to the rebates (which I did submit and received without any problems) I would also receive a $75.00 prepaid Visa card. I never received this and after calling Direct TV, I find out that either of these happened: 1- the sales rep for Direct TV was misinformed or 2-he flat out lied to me. I offered to e-mail a copy of the sales order to Direct TV but they are not offering any help - not even a credit to my account. NOT HAPPY!
