Existing customer- Direct TV Charges more than the locked price

When I became Direct Tv customer last december '08, I have been told that I was locked in a price for a year.
At the end of the year, I called to find out about the contract and was appalled to know that I was actually under 18 month contract and I will be charged extra for the rest of 6 months and the price lock is for 12 months only.
When talked to one of their supervisors; Emily, she promised us that it would be the same price for next 6 months. To my astonishment, today on my credit card they charged $35.00 extra and when tried to find out the same, they are saying that none of their reps had promised me about the locked price continuing for next six months.
Now, after talking for about an hour with Jeff, requested to pull the recording log which transpired between me and Emily on Dec 27th,2009 and they said they would contact me in a fortnight with the log.
But, they never promised me that the price would be same for the next six months. Now, I am having my doubts, what would be the fate of the bill.
Well, I am trying to be optimistic for the next fortnight, if nothing turns out to be good, then, I would go ahead filing a complaint with Public grievances and with Better Buisness bureau.
Today,I am looking/reading so many complaints with customers from Direct tv. This is definitely not the way to do business especially in this market.
I am really disappointed with this system of Direct Tv.
