Extortion tactics to extend Direct TV contracts

Direct TV extended my contract without telling me there were doing so. When I filed a complaint with BBB they back pedaled and lied stating that they KNOW they must have told me of the contract extension at the time of service though they could conveniently not find my phone call.

In addition, they stated that they sent me notification in the mail which they did not. Basically they extended my contract without my knowledge or consent and they will not own up to it and refuse to honor my initial contract terms.
