fed up with Direct TV service

I recently had an apt. for satellite to be installed by Direct tv, the technician shows up with the wrong equipment.

He then says it'll be another week before he can come back out. This is plain ridiculous! Talking about bad customer service, the people at customer service were just as rude so we decided to go with a satellite company that cares about their customers..
