File Complaint with FCC about Direct TV

My remote failed and Direct TV refused to replace faulty remote and paying for HD but have to upgrade receiver to get it!
Customer service supervisor KIM was snotty and said that until I paid my entire bill part of which isn't even due yet they will do NOTHING for me. Not even replace the faulty remote.
I'm filling out the complaint form to the FCC as soon as I stop typing this and I recommend that anyone who has a complaint with Direct TV do the same. You can get the form online.
