Horrible customer service

To reach an actual person via phone, you must wait on hold for a considerable amount of time while getting transferred to the correct department.
Once they determine the issue, more often than not they have to send out a contractor who by the way is not a Direct TV employee.
They have left a considerable mess within my home, took personal calls while working on my install and were considerably unprofessional.
The billing department is deplorable and difficult to talk and work with.
I would strongly suggest seeking other service if you have the choice. Direct TV was the worst decision I have ever made.
