Horrible Direct TV Customer Service

Did you know when you get Direct TV they don't bury your line without charging you an additional $40.00.....Direct TV thinks its OK for them to come out, install your service, leave your line lying all over your yard and they call that a complete job!
And when you call to question why they haven't buried your line, they tell you they'll come out for an additional fee of $45.00!
If I did a half-a--ed job like they did I'd be fired....But I can't fire direct TV because they have me locked into a contract and to get out of it it would cost me $300.00.
But if I didn't pay my bill, they surely would disconnect me.....lets see how this works, you do a sh-- job and I still have to pay you. Live is good for Direct TV isn't it?
Wouldn't recommend Direct TV because of poor customer service!
I count the days until I can dispose of Direct TV. But in the meantime, I will let my friends know about how they think it is OK to do a half of a job when they install!
