How to connect 2 TV to a single Direct TV Receiver?

by Mike
(Ohio)

I just purchased a Direct TV package and I am trying to run two TVs off of one Direct TV receiver (HR21). The one TV is a 47" HD LCD that sits in the living room.

The second is an older model tube TV that is in my upstairs bedroom.

( It only has one input, a single coaxal) If I use an hdmi cable to the 47" off of the Direct TV receiver how can I hook up the older TV so that it can pick up seperate viewing channels than what I watch on the 47"LCD?

I was able to use a splitter with cable TV to watch separate channels on both TVs but apparently I cannot do that with Direct TV.

Thanks in advance, Mike
