How to i connect another tv into system without having to pay for another Direct TV receiver?

How do i connect another tv into system without having to pay for another receiver. I would like to watch tv in bedroom while receiver is on in livingroom. Is this possible and i believe my tv is cable ready.. What is the difference between a -3.5db and a -7.0db splitter and which one should i use to make these things i mentioned earlier work? Thanks
