HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
by: Karen Graves

I find Direct TV one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. In December when they put my service in they didn't bury the line.

My husband was out mowing the grass and accidentally hit the line. I called Direct TV to come bury the line and was informed they do not bury their line.

Well, I take that back, they do bury the line but at an additional charge. They were going to send someone out but only if I agreed to pay a $45.00 service charge or add a monthly service charge on my bill of $4.99 to cover such instances.

It would have been really nice had this been explained to us at the beginning. I now am unfortunately stuck in a contract with Direct TV until 2011.. or I can get out of it for a mere $300.00!

DIRECT TV IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. GET THEIR CUSTOMER SIGNED UP AND DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEM! Shame on them.

I will tell 100 people about Direct TV terrible policies!
