How to remove the Annoying blue text box over the Direct TV Pay Per View Movie?

How can I get rid of the blue text box that shows up over the Direct TV pay per view movies as they are being recorded?

It is telling me that I can call a number if I'm having a problem and I don't want it to block the TV screen. I tried and tried but could not get rid of it... Please help?
