Hughes HR10 250 is one of the well known HD Receiver in the market. It also come with DVR features that allow you to record up to 30 hours of HD Programming or 200 hours of standard programming. In fact, DVR not only able to record, it also allow you to pause, rewind and replay in slow motion of your programming up to 30 minutes.

Well, it is also integrating with a so called "Season Pass" features that allow you to record whole episodes of your favorite shows automatically even you are not at home ( Just remember to on your Receiver before you went out )

It is also coming together with a remote control and a HDMI cables to allow you to connect your receiver to your HDTV. But, to watch the HD programming, you will need to sign up the HD programming from Direct TV, not the standard programming.

If you watch DVD, make sure it is HD version, then only able to enjoy the show in HD :)
