I disagree wit the Direct TV # 1 customer satifaction

Yeah.. wats up with the whole #1 customer satisfaction?! They made my mom cry on the phone talk nice...

We got our Direct TV hd installed in Feburary 2008. When the first guy came by 2 hours late, got out of the truck, looked at our house and said said we couldn't get the Direct TV service.

Then my step-dad told him to leave and Direct TV send us another person who installed our receiver and then left.

Then we find out the Direct TV sent us a refurbished receiver and didn't run the second line - that make us unable to record

hum... So know we have a Direct TV receiver that resets itself every 15 minutes. Then we called direct TV trying to get a new receiver and the second line run.

They sent us a dude who acted like he didn't pass 5th grade saying there is no way we could get HD but we were getting HD right then....

At night, my mom called Direct TV and argue with them. I spent for 2 hours making this perfect dinner for my family...and my mom couldn't join us because she spent the time to argue with the Direct TV Representative.

Well... she was put off the phone before my step-dad got home; Which that direct TV representative was lucky.. Just imagine if it was my dad that gets on the phone....put it this way my mom wouldnt be the one crying.
