I Hate Direct TV

Due to Direct TV, my bank account has been drained. They hit my bank account without my authorization.
No kind of contact to me what so ever, just took the money from my account. My rent check had not cleared along with other bills that had not cleared.
I go to the bank just to find out I am not the first they have done this too. It is wrong! How they do it and the bank will take papers out on them but some how Direct TV comes out smelling like roses!
When I saw this activity on my account I called Direct TV (Yes I owed them and had been making payments but I didn't owe the amount they took out)and was told I could get my money back within 72 hours that I would just have to call within that time frame and request a refund but it could not be done!
Well, when I called during that time, I'm told it takes 3-5 business days just to reverse charges and then after that I could request a refund but if I don't request the refund then Direct TV keeps your money!
This has cost me more money than I owed them and I really don't see how they can hold my money for 30 days?!
If you have a brain do not choose Direct TV.
Other companies do not do this, they take the proper measures when money is owed to them, they don't go into your account and take every dime you have and when you call to say what the crap they don't blow you off either like you're nothing!
The bank is contacting the others for me that are going through this or have been through this to see if it's ok for their name to be given to me because something needs to be done.
It's one thing if I had not been paying them anything at all and to me even then they should get authorization before stealing your money!
