I Hate DirectTV

I've never done this before, but I'm am so furious with the way I have been treated by DirectTV that I though everyone should know that.
They are nothing but greedy liars who will tell you anything to get you to sign up. It is obvious that their free HD comes with a few qualifications such as having an hd receiver and signing up with their auto bill pay.
Well, I was told that I am "restricted" and don't 'qualify' for the free hd because I had signed up with them during a 'national promotional period' (whatever the hell that means), isn't all of their advertising a 'national promotion', seriously though.
I have been made to feel like a peon and my fuming anger at being completely fooled by a bunch of greedy bastards probably doesn't transmit across the internet.
I was originally told that the first three months of hd access would be free, which they were, and then after that I would have to sign up for auto bill pay, which I did after several months of just forgetting to do so.
I figured it would automatically add me into the free hd with the sign up, however it took me calling after realizing that I am still being charged $10/month for several months.
To rectify the situation, which after 45 minutes being transferred all over the place, ended up with 'Dave'(a supervisor) saying 'I'm really sorry, there is nothing I can do, your particular package "restricts" me from doing anything'
Absolute BS!!!! The way I see it, as a business owner myself, is that it would be soooooooooo easy to make this right, I am so blown away by this turn of events. I will NEVER recommend direct tv to ANYONE, unless of course, they are a glutton for punishment!
