I hope Direct TV gets SHUT DOWN!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Im not even a customer of theirs and they charged my checking account because I allowed my sister to use my checking account to make a one time payment. Thats exactly what they call it on their website, but come to find out if you opt to save your information (and it says they will not charge your account, information is just saved for future use) they will charge you when your account is closed. Than when I disputed the charge they told me to collect from my sister, but the dumb f-ers charged my account without my knowledge and the funds were not available and that caused 3 over draft fees because I had two other charges coming through and I had enough for just those two charges, not the dumb direct tv charge. How am I gonna collect from my sister when my account will still be overdrawn because the 3 fees that I was charged because they charged my account without my knowledge. Now I'm disputing through my bank. I hope they get shut down. They make millions ripping us off.
