Well, if you have never become a Direct TV customer before, good news for you :) All the Direct TV package will be inclusive of free standard installation; from dish, receiver, cables, setup, activation.. everything free :) But if you are present Direct TV subscribers and your Direct TV system went wrong and you want to install the replacement part yourself, then read on :) If you want to install Direct TV Dish, simple. Turn off your Direct TV system and unplug it from the electricity supply. Bring along your drilling machine, new dish, wiring tape, extra length of wiring cable and climb to the roof top to your dish located with your ladder. Before start doing anything, remember the direction and position of the existing dish; the position of the dish is very important, it decide that which direction to receive maximum signals. Just see yourself how is the existing dish connected, undone the wiring connection and replace it own your new dish. The mounting part no need to do anything. Just leave it there, anyhow it just use to strengthen the dish position, nothing special. After you had install the dish, do not climb down from your roof yet. Ask your wife, or son to on the direct tv system to see whether your TV picture screen clear or not. If yes, done. If no, slightly adjust the dish position and recheck the picture quality.
