is there any means yet for the remote to control multiple recievers?

Ive installed eighteen new HD TV's in my families restaurant. I purchased separate HD receivers for all 18 TV's and arranged them side by side & over and under each other in what id call a control bank area.

Most of the TV's are not visible from the control bank location and directs receivers do not display channel #s selected for that TV.

My problem is that it is next to impossible to change individual receivers programs with the remote controller (RI) with out changing any of the other receivers stations on the bank also.

With NFL sunday ticket displaying up to 8 separate channels selecting which TVs show Which game and changing that TV's receiver without screwing up 5 or 6 of the other receivers that boarder the desired receiver location is almost impossible.

Rummer Mill says Dishes new remotes are able to select separate receivers by just punching in "device" or something similar and a number chosen for that receiver, all the way up to 25 separate devices? is this possible with RI bands and what dose the future hold for me?
