When I ordered Direct I was VERY Eplicate about the fact that we were Seasonal Visitors to AZ. I asked MORE than ONCE about whether the Discount would be applied to months of SERVICE not Calander Months.

The only reason I took their service over Dish, which I have at home, was the cost was GREATLY LESS with the Discounted Offer. I was ASSURED it would be Service months NOT Calander Months.

When we returned to AZ we got the discount, but this month they charged full amount. We had used 5 months of discount, SERVICE MONTHS! They tell us NOW it is their Policy to Charge by Calander months and that their rep wouldn't of misquoted Policy!

IT AIN'T OVER YET!!!
