Loyal Direct TV Customer disappointment - Free NFL Ticket, Yeah Right

After 10 years of being a loyal Direct TV and NFL Ticket fan, I just experienced my first disappointment. According to the dozens of commercial I see on TV, Direct TV is offering free NFL Ticket. This was interesting since I pay more than $330 each and every season. I called Direct TV only to find this doesn't apply to the loyal, long standing customer, but only the brand new customers. So once they get you in the doors, there doesn't seem to be a reason to care about you. I'm disappointed enough to consider dropping my Direct TV service. This more like a Direct Insult.
