Mobile Direct TV Enquiry

I am currenty a Dish Network subscriber but thinking about switching to Direct TV because Dish will not provide upgrades or warranty service to me because I live in a recreational vehicle. Does Direct TV discriminate against RVers also? ( I am not referring to interior cable issues which I agree could not be resolved because the cabling is not exposed)
