Mr. Carrol Branham

by Carrol Branham
(League City, Texas, United states)

We have spent many hours/days trying to get our HD working properly. Before we installed the HD receiver, we had no problem with Pay Per View.

I talked with the Direct TV customer representative and they did something there that enabled us to get a movie that day. She assured me that the problem had been fixed.

We watched Fools Gold that day, and was trying to buy another movie today, and it says that we have to contact Direct tv. It is very frustrating.

We had no problem renting movies before we installed the upgrade. I would really appreciate it if you can help us with this problem.

I tried to send an email on their website today, but could never find the process to send it. DVR Model HR20-1005, and our TV is a Panasonic - TH-50P27500. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

P/s - Our phone line and television were installed professionally - we did not do it, and had the phone line checked again when we were having trouble before.
