My problems with my Ferguson FTV28N1

Hi there,

I was wondering whether you could help me with a problem with my Ferguson FTV28N1 TV which I have had for quite a few months and in the past it has given great service.

However, lately, when using my freeview box or DVD recorder, all I can get is the speaking. The "picture" remains completely blue, like when pressing the AV button the remote, but the picture is fine when using the TV button.

Any ideas, or please advise a UK telephone number for Ferguson's help-desk, as unable to find same in the instruction manual?
