Need help on Direct TV service

I am in Panama with Venazuela Direct TV Service plan. I can get 95*(0) and all the programs but can not find 95*(1) or 101 satelites. I am in Colon 9*N 79* west my elevation on the dish is 68* and compass heading of 243*. I have good signal strength on 95*(0) with 34 to 39 on all transponders 25-40. Any ideas? I have a 28" dish on a follow-me tracker and currently in the marina stationary.
