Getting New Service,PH AZ
by: Anonymous

I live in a building that is only restricted to Quest/Direct TV service. I had to pay a $300 deposit for service...the service was so screwed up, it had taken 34 days to get the service.

I am military had got called up for duty after 6 months of Direct TV service, so I sent all the equip. back, and was told I would not get my $300 back, because it was a fee.

What a SCAM this company is, I was told by there commisioned based sales dept that this would be refunded, if called for duty, I was lied to so he could get a sale.

Beware of this company, ask the right questions, read the small print prior to ordering over the phone and especially before sending them any money.

I have told all my friends about this SCAM.
