No Direct TV signal

We've had direct tv for 13 days and the satellite goes in and out. Needless to say I'm paying for a still picture half the time.
We called to cancel the service, but of course we were told we would have to pay the $400 cancellation fee.
What a bunch of BS. We have a tech coming on Monday to hopefully fix the problem. We'll see.
I am an Unsatisfied Customer :(
