Numerous complaints but nothing done

I have had 6 HD recievers in the last year. 3 in the last two weeks., Direct TV installer comes, works on the problem of skipping, take my DVR, replaces it, leaving me with all my recordings and leaves me with another piece of crap DVR.

Also, I buy HD packages, how in the hell can they charge me again or HD package on my NFL ticket? This is lame and against the law. We are coming to get Direct TV soon.
